2. Android System Permissions & Feature Functionality

To deliver their stated capabilities, our applications may request specific system permissions governed by the Android operating system.

2.1. Accessibility Service API (AccessibilityService)

For automation tools such as Auto Clicker - Auto Tap - Auto Swipe:

• Sole Purpose of Usage: The application utilizes the AccessibilityService API solely to simulate user taps, clicks, and multi-point swipe gestures on your screen according to your explicitly configured coordinates and timer intervals.
• Absolute Confidentiality & Non-Interception: We DO NOT use the Accessibility Service to monitor your screen content, intercept keystrokes, log passwords, capture personal chat messages, or record sensitive credentials. No gesture data or personal interaction is ever transmitted outside your local device.
• User Control: You retain complete control and can enable or revoke this permission at any time within your device's Settings > Accessibility menu.

2.2. Display Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW / Overlay)

• Auto Clicker: Utilized to present the floating control widget, enabling users to conveniently start, pause, add click targets, or configure parameters across full-screen applications.
• Edge Lighting: Utilized to render decorative animated perimeter LED illumination around screen boundaries upon receiving incoming calls, alerts, or on the home screen.
• This permission is strictly graphical and does not inspect or interact with underlying app data.

2.3. Foreground Services & Notifications

• Enables the persistent execution of user-initiated tasks (such as active clicking sessions or active edge lighting animations) without being abruptly terminated by system memory management.

3. Third-Party Advertising & Analytics (Google AdMob)

To maintain free access to our applications without subscription fees, Neil Studio incorporates industry-standard advertising networks, primarily Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC):

• Technical Identifiers: AdMob may automatically collect pseudonymous device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID), coarse geolocation (IP address-level), device model, carrier, and crash diagnostics to deliver contextual advertisements, prevent invalid traffic, and safeguard against ad fraud.
• User Choice & Opt-Out: You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time via your device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4. Data Storage & Retention

All customized user configurations, profiles, interval timers, and local wallpaper selections are stored locally on your device's internal storage (Local Storage). Neil Studio does not operate external cloud databases storing your personal settings. Clearing the application data or uninstalling the app permanently purges all associated local files.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our applications are designed for general audiences and are not directed towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided personal information without consent, please notify us immediately for swift resolution.
