• No Personal Snooping: Neil Studio DOES NOT harvest, scrape, or attempt to access non-public personal credentials, private messages, personal phone records, email databases, or granular GPS locations of followers.
• Zero Data Trading: We never sell, lease, barter, or distribute follower information or interaction datasets to unauthorized third parties or marketing spam networks.

3. Community Standards & Content Ethics

All published media, captions, infographics, and discussion prompts adhere strictly to Meta Community Standards:

• Zero tolerance for hate speech, violence, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful material.
• We proactively safeguard against false claims, fraudulent promotions, phishing scams, or misleading digital bait.
• We champion constructive dialogue, authentic creativity, and mutual respect among community participants.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Compliance

Neil Studio respects the intellectual property rights of all creative artists, photographers, and studios:

• Original graphics, articles, and short-form video assets created by Neil Studio are protected under applicable copyright regulations.
• Whenever third-party media is cited for critique, commentary, educational insight, or news reporting, we endeavor to credit original creators in good faith under Fair Use principles.
• Swift Takedown & Resolution Process: If you are a copyright holder or authorized representative and believe content on any of our Meta pages infringes upon your copyrighted work, please email your notice along with proof of ownership to: neilstudio.feedback@gmail.com. We will review and remediate (edit attribution or remove the asset) promptly within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Advertising & Commercial Transparency

Where social media posts involve application features, promotional announcements, or brand affiliations:

• Content is presented transparently without deceptive or deceptive claims.
• All paid distributions comply fully with Meta's Commercial Advertising Policies.

6. Comment Moderation Guidelines

To preserve an inclusive and civilized digital atmosphere, Neil Studio reserves the right to moderate or delete comments that contain:

• Unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate spam, or malicious external hyperlinks.
